Fees

Standard 50-minute sessions are $425.

Extended 75- and 90-minute sessions are available when more time would be useful and are billed proportionally.

Session length & frequency

Most clients begin with weekly 50-minute sessions.

Frequency and session length can be adjusted over time based on the nature of the work, your schedule, and what is most useful.

Insurance & self-pay

My practice is private pay and I do not bill insurance directly.

If you have out-of-network mental health benefits, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, and reimbursement is not guaranteed.

In accordance with the No Surprises Act, clients who are uninsured or not using insurance are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of services.

Telehealth & location

I see clients via telehealth throughout California.

In-person ecotherapy sessions are available in the Sacramento area.

Geographic eligibility

I am licensed to practice psychology in California. Clients must be located in California at the time of telehealth sessions.

Cancellation policy

I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, are charged the full session fee.

I understand that genuine emergencies happen, and those circumstances can be considered individually.
